How to maintain plastic injection molds?

1. Clean the upper and lower surfaces of the injection mold before installing the mold to ensure the correct cooperation between the installation surface of the injection mold and the press table.

2. Open the mold after the mold is installed, and clean the mold guiding mechanism and the surface of the mold cavity to ensure the quality of the parts.

3. Lubricate or apply grease to each sliding part of the mold.

4. Check and maintain the side guard plate, and clean up the punching waste path and hole.

5. Check mold safety side pins, safety screws and other safety parts, find problems, repair and replace them in time.
